At Sterling Foot Care, our Michigan podiatrists have received conventional medical training plus special training on the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Our foot doctors have been well trained in foot and ankle surgery through their hospital residencies, and are experts in delivering care for complex foot disorders suffered by diabetic patients as well as other common foot problems including bunions, hammertoes, heel spurs, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis (heel pain), and shin splints.
If your problem falls outside of our field, we will assist you in finding the appropriate specialist. As a patient, you will have your own treating podiatrist. In the event that your foot doctor is not available, another one of our physicians will be glad to see you so there is no loss in the continuity of care.
Because continuing post-graduate education is essential in providing the best care for our patients, we may be out for several weeks each year for the purpose of learning the latest treatments in podiatric medicine and surgical techniques. In the event of our absences, another podiatric physician in our practice will be available for your emergency care or questions.
In addition to our highly trained and experienced podiatrists, our office is staffed with devoted personnel who provide the best of care during all phases of your foot or ankle treatment.
